2008年，在四川省科协和四川省民政厅的支持下，由陈太勇和罗毅发起，四川海惠助贫服务中心在四川成都成立。

Initiated by Mr. Chen Taiyong and Mr. Luo Yi, Sichuan Haihui Poverty Alleviation Service Center was established with the support from Sichuan Provincial Association of Science & Technology and Sichuan Provincial Department of Civil Affairs of Sichuan.

2009年，由海惠执行的汶川地震灾后重建项目荣获中央电视台中国慈善导航行动“持久力示范项目”奖。

In 2009, the Wenchuan earthquake rehabilitation project implemented by Haihui won the Award of Sustainability Model given by CCTV.

2010年，由海惠实施的腾冲畜牧发展和生物多样性保护项目获得招商局慈善基金会和中国社会组织促进会共同评选颁发的“扶贫创新奖”行动奖。

In 2010, Haihui’s Livestock Development and Biodiversity Conservation Project in Tengchong, Yunnan province, won the Poverty Alleviation Innovation Action Award co-presented by China Merchants Charity Foundation and China Association for Non-profit Organizations.

2011年，由海惠发起的上海海惠社区民生发展促进中心在上海市民政局注册成立。

In 2011, launched by Haihui, Shanghai Haihui Community Livelihood Development Center was registered in Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau.

2013年，海惠在云南省禄劝彝族苗族自治县实施的扶贫项目参加中国第二届慈善项目大赛，并获得公益慈善实施项目金奖。

In 2013, Haihui’s Poverty Alleviation project in Luquan Miao Autonomous County, Yunnan province, won the Gold Prize of the Second China Charity Project Contest.

2014年，海惠实施的凉山彝族妇女自强和社区综合发展项目获得由香港理工大学和北京大学联合组织评审，林护基金会资助的“杰出社会工作服务项目奖”。

In 2014, Zhaojue County Women Self-improving and Community Development Project won the Distinguished Social Work Service Project Award which was jointly issued by Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Beijing University, and funded by Lam Woo Foundation.

2015年，海惠荣获由国务院扶贫办颁发的2015中国消除贫困创新（提名）奖。

In 2015, Haihui won the Nomination of 2015 China Poverty Eradication Innovation Award.

2016年，海惠实施的重庆江津区环境友好型社区发展项目获北京师范大学中国公益研究院颁布的《京港慈善合作典范》奖。

In 2016, the Environment Friendly Community Development Project in Jiangjin District, Chongqing won the Model Project prize that was awarded by China Philanthropy Research Institute of Beijing Normal University. 

2017年， 四川海惠以但斌为理事长的第三届理事会和以郭虹为监事长的第三届监事会选举产生并向以罗毅为理事长的第一、二届理事会致谢致敬。

2018年，海惠国际公益园在泰国清迈建立。

In 2018, Haihui International Charity Garden was officially opened in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

2019年“海惠四川凉山州昭觉县彝族贫困山区可持续生计发展项目”入围国务院扶贫办“社会组织扶贫50佳案例”。

In 2019, Haihui Yi Minority Mountainous Area Sustainable Livelihood Development Project in Zhaojue County, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan Province was nominated as 1 of the 50 Best Project Cases selected by social organizations by the Poverty Alleviation Office of the State Council.e elected. The new boards expressed great appreciation to the 1st and 2nd Board of Directors chaired by Mr. Luo Yi.

2020年，海惠支持深喀社工站实施的“驴宝贝维吾尔族妇女生计发展项目”被国务院扶贫办列为“社会组织扶贫案例50佳”之一。该项目还在深圳召开的全国慈展会上获得中国公益慈善项目大赛金奖。

In 2020, supported by Haihui, the Donkey Baby Livelihood Development Project of Uyghur Women of Shenzhen-Kashgar Social Work Station was nominated as 1 of the 50 Best Project Cases selected by social organizations by the Poverty Alleviation Office of the State Council

2020年海惠“乡村金色人才计划”入选中国好公益平台优质公益产品。

In 2020, Haihui’s Golden Talents Plan of Village Areas was chosen to be Premium Charitable Project by the Effective Philanthropy Multiplier.

2021年，海惠陆续启动多个新项目：汇丰中国疫后乡村振兴计划（湖北麻城和湖南平江）；由陈张敏聪夫人慈善基金支持的四川省眉山市青神县困境儿童项目；由广东省和的慈善基金会支持，佛山市慈善会、四川海惠助贫服务中心和凉山州布拖县九都镇人民政府联合发起的布拖拐乐村乡村振兴项目。

In 2021, several new projects were launched successively, they are HSBC Bank (China) Company Limited supported - Post COVID-19 Rural Revitalization Project in Macheng and Pingjiang, Chan Cheung Mun Chung Charitable Fund supported - Children in Distress Project in Meishan, He Foundation supported and Foshan Charity & Sichuan Haihui Poverty Alleviation collaborated - Rural Revitalization Project in Guaile Village.

2021年5月，由汇丰中国支持，海惠具体执行的广东贫困农村生态农业扶贫项目顺利结项。帮助了1600户贫困农户发展产业，探索出了以社区为本的可持续发展扶贫创新模式。

In May 2021, supported by HSBC Bank (China)Company Limited, Haihui successfully completed the Ecological Agriculture Poverty Alleviation Project for Poor Rural Areas in Guangdong Province. It has helped 1,600 poor households develop their industries and discovered a community-based innovative poverty alleviation model of sustainable development.

2021年6月， 四川海惠以但斌为理事长的第四届理事会和以段毅强为监事长的第四届监事会选举产生并向卸任理事-清华大学邓国胜教授、卸任监事长-四川省委决策咨询委员会委员郭虹研究员和卸任监事-清华大学贾西津教授致谢致敬！

In June，2021， Haihui’s 4th Board of Directors chaired by Mr. Dan Bin and the 4thBoard of Supervisor chaired by Mr. Duan Yiqiang were elected. The new boards expressed great appreciation to the outgoing Board Member-Prof. Deng Guosheng of Tsinghua University, outgoing Chief Supervisor-Madame Guo Hong, Member of the Sichuan Provincial Government Decision-making Advisory Committeeand outgoing Supervisor-Prof. Jia Xijin of Tsinghua University.
